Request for Bids: Delivery of Office Cleaning Services

The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission is soliciting bids for a one (1) year renewable contract for cleaning services for one office building of approximately 6,000 square feet.

Office cleaning services include twice per week cleaning and supply of required paper products.

Vendors are required to submit written bids that present the vendor’s qualifications and understanding of the work to be performed. The vendor’s bid should be prepared simply and economically and should provide all the information it considers pertinent to its qualifications for the specifications listed herein. Emphasis should be placed on completeness of services offered and clarity of content.

A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM eastern time on May 18, 2017 at 401 East Water Street, Charlottesville, VA.

Sealed Bids must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM eastern time on May 31, 2017, directly to the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Offices located at 401 East Water Street, Charlottesville, VA 22902.
