DESCRIPTION:The TJPDC is guided by a locally appointed\, twelve member Commission\, of which at least 51% are local elected officials. Member localities include the City of Charlottesville and the Counties of Albemarle\, Fluvanna\, Greene\, Louisa\, and Nelson.
