October is RideShare month throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, which means you can win $100 just by sharing the ride this month!
RideShare, with partner Commute!VA, are offering all new and exisiting members the opportunity to log their carpool or vanpool trip as entry for a drawing of a $100 gift card.
Commuters can search for carpools/vanpools using the RideShare Rides and Rewards app. The service is free to join and to search for rides. Additionally, by logging your trips year round you earn points to use for coupons for shopping, dining or activities and other gift card drawings each month. Each commuter can see the money and emissions they have saved by sharing the ride in their own dashboard. The app can also be used for trip planning and logging transit, bike, and telecommutes.
