Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)

In compliance with §2.2-3704.2 of the Code of Virginia, the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC) and Charlottesville-Albemarle Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) have appointed David Blount as their Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) officer. As such, Mr. Blount will serve as the contact person to assist a requester in making a request for records or responding to requests for public records.
