On Wednesday, July 12, the Central Virginia Regional Housing Partnership (CVRHP) hosted a work session, at the request of the Albemarle County Board of Supervisors, to seek feedback from for-profit and non-profit developers on a proposed Affordable Dwelling Unit ordinance and on developer incentives. Over 20 stakeholders, as well as CVRHP members, attended the discussion, which was held at UVA’s North Fork Research Park and was moderated by CVRHP Vice-Chair Keith Smith. In the coming weeks, TJPDC staff will synthesize feedback from the session and provide the Albemarle Board of Supervisors with a memo that outlines developer feedback.
