The TJPD Commission met on March 7 and received presentations on the following topics:
- the Virginia Telecommunications Initiative project administered by TJPDC;
- the Rural Transportation Work Program;
- the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy; and
- the Regional Transit Governance Study (final approval by the Commission)
The Commission also appointed three members to the TJPDC Corporation and adopted several amendments to the current (FY24) budget. Materials for all TJPD Commission meetings are available here.
The Commission’s next meeting will be on Thursday, April 4.
