The Charlottesville-Albemarle Metropolitan Planning Organization (CA-MPO) is in the process of developing its long range transportation plan, Moving Toward 2050. Moving Toward 2050, which will identify long range transportation needs, consider possible infrastructure improvements, and establish priorities to implement projects based on anticipated funding.
This month, the CA-MPO is kicking off its public engagement with two public meeting opportunities and a public survey. The purpose of the public meetings is to provide information to the public about the purpose and importance of the plan and share opportunities for the public to provide feedback and input into the regional transportation priorities, concerns, and needs.
