The Transportation Assistance Fund (TAF) is a last resort for older adults and people with disabilities who live in areas where there are few transportation options. The TAF serves the city of Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson. PATH can help with covering the cost of transportation in critical situations. If a person can’t reach an important medical appointment and no other transportation options are available, PATH might be able to help.
