MPO Policy Board

The MPO is the region’s transportation policy body, when it comes to federally funded projects. As is required by statute, the MPO carries out a continuing, cooperative and comprehensive transportation planning process for the City of Charlottesville and the urbanized areas of Albemarle County that surrounds the City.
The MPO Policy Board meets on the 4th Wednesday of alternating months, 4:00 p.m. at the Water Street Center, 407 E. Water St. Charlottesville, VA 22902
