TJPDC has been awarded the 2024 Virginia Eviction Reduction Pilot (VERP) funding again. Our partner on the grant, Piedmont Housing Alliance (PHA,) delivers the programming directly to beneficiaries. A total of $275,000 has been awarded this year to provide case management, court navigation, and rental assistance to regional residents, based on each household’s eligibility.
