TJPDC has received the FFY 2023 USDA Rural Development Housing Preservation Grant (HPG) in the amount of $212,435.00. These funds will be available to our Subrecipients as of October 1, 2023. HPG funds will be used for low-income homeowner rehabilitation in the rural regions of the TJPD, up to $5,000 per project. Subrecipients include: Fluvanna/Louisa Housing Foundation, Nelson County Community Development Foundation, Albemarle Home Improvement Program, and Skyline CAP.
