As we continue to adjust the FY21 working budget and adjust staff workloads due to changing program needs, we want to hear from you! We want to consider your interests, your strengths, and your opinions as we try to find the best staffing fit for our programs. To complete this survey, it might be best for you to first spend time thinking/brainstorming out your tasks, your skills, and your interests. As an example, you could consider: 1. Tasks/responsibilities that you have at the TJPDC. 2. Skills that you have that are being utilized or are currently underutilized. 3. Interests that you have or opportunities that you want to pursue. Please be as honest and candid as you are willing to be. The results will be shared in the Director’s meetings. Thank you!
