Is the only source practicably available to provide:
Description: Change order renovations to ongoing construction in rented office space to include: bathroom tile, vanities, associated plumbing, counter tops, mirrors, and lighting, as well as installing a water fountain, painting bathrooms, and replacing uneven flooring in one office.
The public records pertaining to the procurement are available for inspection by potential vendors.
The contract is to be awarded as of 2/23/2026 (10 days from the notice date). A written statement of reasons for this determination is on file.
