TJPDC Awards $1.8 Million for Development of 160 Affordable Housing Units
The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC) would like to announce the award of $1.8 million in grant funding from Virginia Housing to three affordable housing developers to include, the Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA), Habitat for Humanity (Great Charlottesville, Fluvanna, and Piedmont), and Virginia Supportive Housing (VSH).
