Public Comment Period: Housing Preservation Grant Application
The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission seeks public comment on its Housing Preservation Grant application to USDA’s Rural Housing Service. If awarded, the grant will provide funding for emergency repairs, rehabilitation, and home safety modifications for very low-income rural homeowners in Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson counties. The comment period is from June 17 through July 5, 2022. A draft statement of activities is available here for review and on the TJPDC's HOME Consortium web page.
