The draft FY 2026 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) is available for review and comment. The UPWP provides a mechanism for coordinating transportation planning activities in the Charlottesville/Albemarle Metropolitan Planning Area. The work program for FY26 outlines the Metropolitan Planning Organization staff work schedule for the period between July 1st, 2025, and June 30th, 2026. Public Comment: Draft Program Year 2025 Annual Action PlanThe Thomas Jefferson HOME Consortium, administered by the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission, developed the Annual Action Plan for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regarding Program Year 2025, from July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026.The HOME Consortium is made up of all members of the TJPDC, including the City of Charlottesville, and Counties of Albemarle, Greene, Fluvanna, Louisa, and Nelson.
