Public Comment: Title VI Implementation Plan
The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC) and Charlottesville Albemarle Metropolitan Planning Organization are updating their Title VI Implementation Plan. The Title VI Implementation Plan describes the measures the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission adopts to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin.
