This updated version of TJPDC’s Title VI Implementation plan is available for review and comment from 2/4/25 to 2/26/25. The Title VI Implementation plan describes the measures the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC) adopts to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin. RFP: TJPDC-2024-03 PDC Development Grant The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC) seeks submissions from for-profit and non-profit developers for projects that would increase the inventory of affordable housing in the region through the development of new units. The TJPDC awarded funds to several development partners through this grant in 2022, and funds in the amount of $660,000 are available for the award at this last stage of the project.
