TJPDC Application for USDA Rural Housing Service Funding
The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission will be applying for FFY21 Funding through USDA Rural Housing Service for the Housing Preservation Grant (HPG). If awarded, the grant will provide funding for emergency repairs, rehabilitation, and home safety modifications for very low-income rural homeowners in Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, and Nelson counties.
