Specifically, the TJPDC is seeking a part-time accounting consulting service to perform accounting, reporting, payroll, and human resource services. The Thomas Jefferson Area HOME Consortium, administered by the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC), receives the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) grant through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). As a recipient of this funding, TJPDC, in partnership with the City of Charlottesville as the Consortium’s lead entity, develops a Consolidated Plan every five years. The TJPDC will receive 15% of the funding for planning and administrative costs.
