The Thomas Jefferson HOME Consortium, administered by the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission, has been awarded a HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant in the amount of $2,452,270.00 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The HOME-ARP grant is a one-time allocation. The TJPDC will receive 15% of the award, $367,890.50, for planning and administrative costs.
