The Charlottesville-Albemarle Metropolitan Planning Organization (CA-MPO) is in the process of developing the Fiscal Year 2027–2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is a federally required document that programs transportation projects receiving federal and state funding within the MPO planning area over a four-year period.
