The City of Charlottesville and the Thomas Jefferson HOME Consortium are making a new plan for its use of federal housing resources. We need your help to identify the most pressing housing and community needs to prioritize limited federal funding for the next five years.
Public Notice: HOME-ARP Allocation Plan
The Thomas Jefferson HOME Consortium, administered by the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission, has been awarded a HOME-American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant in the amount of $2,452,270.00 from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The HOME-ARP grant is a one-time allocation. The TJPDC will receive 15% of the award, $367,890.50, for planning and administrative costs. CLOSED The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC) seeks the services of an experienced consultant to provide leadership and guidance with undergoing a membership composition and organizational structure review for the Central Virginia Regional Housing Partnership (CVRHP/Partnership), an advisory board of the TJPDC. In 2022, the CVRHP completed a strategic planning process with a grant from Virginia Housing.
