RFP: TJPDC-2024-03 PDC Development Grant The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC) seeks submissions from for-profit and non-profit developers for projects that would increase the inventory of affordable housing in the region through the development of new units. The TJPDC awarded funds to several development partners through this grant in 2022, and funds in the amount of $660,000 are available for the award at this last stage of the project.
