Gretchen Thomas, Administrative AssistantGretchen joined the TJPDC in March of 2011 as the Administrative Assistant, she is the often the first person people encounter at the PDC, whether on the phone or at the front desk. Through her role she provides support to all staff and programs, including minutes for meetings, support for events, coordinating meeting space requests, and general office needs. Moving Toward 2050

The Charlottesville-Albemarle Metropolitan Planning Organization (CA-MPO) is in the process of developing its long range transportation plan, Moving Toward 2050. Housing Preservation Grant is Open for Public Comment

The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission invites all interested citizens to comment on the Draft 2023 Housing Preservation Grant application to USDA. The application describes how the participating jurisdiction intends to use funds to provide low- and very-low-income housing repairs. The draft is available at http://tjpdc.org/housing-preservation-grant or by contacting Laurie Jean Talun at 434-422-4080. The public comment period ends May 30th.
