2024 Update The Town of Mineral is working on updating its Comprehensive Plan and wants your input. The Mineral Comprehensive Plan serves as a guiding document and general vision for the future growth and development in Mineral. The Town has retained the TJPDC’s services to assist with the development of its new Comprehensive Plan.Documents and information related to the development of the Plan will be posted on this website. The Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission (TJPDC) has partnered with Firefly Fiber Broadband (Firefly) to provide access to gigabit high speed internet broadband services for more than 36,000 homes and businesses throughout central Virginia.
