TJPDC Transportation Planner, Lucinda Shannon, recently participated as part of a panel on “Developing Micro-Transit Service: Models in Charlottesville and Richmond” at the Virginia Transit Association’s Annual Conference. Lucinda presented the results of the Albemarle County Transit Expansion Study, which was funded by the Department of Rail and Public Transportation (DRPT) and Albemarle County.
