A draft Housing Preservation Grant Statement of Activities is currently available for public comment at the TJPDC website (click here).The Thomas Jefferson HOME Consortium, administered by the Thomas Jefferson Planning District Commission, has received Housing Preservation Grant funds through USDA Rural Development since 2015. June Commission Meeting Updates

The TJPD Commission met on June 6 and addressed the following topics:The HOME Annual Action Plan Draft (Presentation, Public Hearing and Resolution Adopted);Smart Scale resolution for all projects in the region; andElection of TJPDC Officers for FY25: Tony O'Brien (Fluvanna) Chair; Michael Payne (Charlottesville) Vice Chair; Keith Smith (Fluvanna) Treasurer; and Christine Jacobs (TJPDC) Secretary.Materials for all TJPD Commission meetings are available here.The Commission does not meet in July; its next meeting will be on Thursday, August 1st.
